- •7 ounces sugar syrup
- •10½ ounces mango flesh
- •3⅓ tablespoons mango syrup
- •10 drops ginger juice
- •ginger root
Cooking Instructions

Combine a little Japanese saké, syrup and fresh mango in a blender and blend.
