  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh-pressed apple juice
  • cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • ¾ cup arugula
  • ¾ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt
