Ingredients

  • 2 bags radishes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

    Slice off the tips of the radishes so that the bottoms are flat. (They won't roll off the platter that way.) With a small sharp knife, cut a cone-shaped opening in the top of each radish. Fill with softened butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
