Boulevardier

A sophisticated cocktail that's similar to a Negroni but made with bourbon instead of gin. This classic combination of bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth creates a perfectly balanced drink with notes of warmth, bitterness, and subtle sweetness.

Ingredients

  • •2 ounces bourbon
  • •1 ounce Campari
  • •1 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula)
  • •1 piece lemon twist

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1.

    Combine 2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce Campari, and 1 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula) in a large mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until glass is very cold, about 1 minute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe or a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
