Peaches and Cream Yogurt Pops

Creamy frozen yogurt pops made with fresh peaches, Greek yogurt, and a hint of Amaretto liqueur. These refreshing treats are perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole ripe peaches
  • ¾ cup Greek-style yogurt
  • ½ cup superfine granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 8 pieces ice pop molds and wooden sticks

Cooking Instructions

    Purée all ingredients with 1/8 teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth. Pour into molds. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert sticks, then freeze until firm, about 24 hours.
