Ingredients
- •2 whole large seedless cucumbers
- •½ cup chopped celery
- •⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- •1 tablespoon drained bottled horseradish
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- •¼ teaspoon black pepper
- •⅛ teaspoon green Tabasco sauce
- •¾ cup vodka
- •6 pieces celery ribs
- •halved lengthwise if desired
Cooking Instructions

Purée all ingredients in a blender until very smooth, about 1 minute. Force through a fine-mesh sieve set into a bowl, discarding solids. (You will have about 3 3/4 cups liquid.)
