A refreshing New York City classic beverage made with cold milk, fizzy seltzer, and rich chocolate syrup. Despite its name, this drink contains neither eggs nor cream!

  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Seltzer
  • 4 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup

    Pour the milk into a very cold 12-ounce glass. Slowly pour in the seltzer, then gently add the syrup. Using a long spoon, stir well and serve.
