  • 3 medium Ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cups Raw corn kernels
  • 2 medium Diced avocado
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 medium Minced serrano chile
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

    Dice ripe tomatoes and combine with raw corn kernels, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice. Add some minced serrano chile for a little heat. Season with salt and more lime juice.
