Mint Caipirinha Ice Pops

A refreshing frozen twist on the classic Brazilian Caipirinha cocktail, these adult ice pops blend fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and cachaça into a sophisticated frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup superfine granulated sugar
  • cup cachaça
  • 8 pieces ice pop molds and wooden sticks

Cooking Instructions

    Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Skim off any foam, then pour into molds. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert sticks, then freeze until firm, about 24 hours.
