Sausage, Arugula, and Piquillo Pepper Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely chopped green olives
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 piece ciabatta rolls
  • 4 piece bratwurst
  • ½ cup piquillo peppers
  • 2 cups baby arugula
