Deconstructed Caprese
A fun twist on the classic Caprese salad, featuring cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil threaded onto skewers with cubes of focaccia bread. Perfect as an appetizer or light snack.

- •6 whole cherry tomatoes
- •2 leaves basil leaves
- •4 pieces mozzarella balls
- •4 cubes focaccia bread
- •2 pieces wooden skewers
Cooking Instructions

1. Thread a cherry tomato onto a skewer followed by a piece of basil, a mozzarella ball, and a bread cube. Repeat so that the skewer has two of every item. Add a third cherry tomato on the end of the skewer. Snap the pointed end off the skewer and discard. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
