Sugar Snap Pea Salad

A fresh and crisp salad featuring thinly sliced sugar snap peas tossed in a creamy buttermilk-yogurt dressing with bright lemon and garlic notes.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 8 oz sugar snap peas
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • to taste flaky sea salt
  • to taste black pepper

    Whisk buttermilk, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and a large pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Toss sugar snap peas, 2 Tbsp. oil, and 1 tsp. lemon zest in another medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.
