Kaleslaw

A healthy twist on traditional coleslaw featuring fresh kale, crisp carrots, and colorful bell peppers tossed in creamy kale-onaise dressing. Perfect as a vibrant side dish.

Ingredients

  • •1 bunch kale
  • •6 whole carrots
  • •1 whole bell pepper
  • •1½ cups kale-onaise

Cooking Instructions

    Fit a food processor with a shredder attachment. Process the kale and carrots transferring both to a large bowl. Add the bell pepper and kale-onaise and toss well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
