Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 5 medium carrots
  • ¼ cup ginger
  • 2 whole scallions
  • 1 serving carrot
  • 1 serving celery
  • 1 serving assorted vegetables
