Pineapple Lemonade

- •2 slices pineapple, coarsely chopped
- •1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- •1½ ounces brandy
- •1 dash raspberry syrup
- •½ cup crushed ice
- •2 ounces Club soda
- •1 twist lemon peel
- •1 stick Pineapple stick
Cooking Instructions

Muddle the pineapple and sugar thoroughly in a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, raspberry syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda, and decorate with lemon peel and pineapple stick.
