Ingredients

  • 2 ounces red wine
  • ¾ ounce ginger syrup (see note)
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces Soda water
  • 1 piece Glass: COLLINS
  • 1 piece Garnish: CANDIED GINGER

Cooking Instructions
