  • 2 whole Fuji apples
  • ½ whole lemon juice
  • 2 ribs celery
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup low-fat sour cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
