Hurry-up Black Bean Dip

A quick and flavorful black bean dip made with red onion, balsamic vinegar, and fresh herbs. Perfect for serving with tortilla chips and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper
