  • 1 whole blood or navel orange
  • 1 large carrot
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon shelled raw hemp seeds
  • ¾ teaspoon ginger
  • teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
