Creamy Avocado Dip With Scallions

- •3 whole scallions
- •¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- •1 whole avocado
- •¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- •1 serving tortilla chips

Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium. Add sliced scallions and a pinch of salt; cook, stirring frequently, until scallions just start to brown around the edges, about 3 minutes.
