Feta Dill Dip

A creamy, tangy dip made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and crumbled feta cheese. Perfect for vegetables, pita bread, or as a spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta
  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • to taste black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a food processor, place yogurt, parsley, vinegar and all but 1 teaspoon feta and 1 teaspoon dill. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; top with remaining feta and dill and, if desired, pepper.
