Ingredients
- •1 pound grilled shrimp , chopped
- •3 whole large mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- •½ whole red bell pepper, minced
- •½ whole small red onion, thinly sliced
- •3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- •½ whole jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
- •2 whole large limes
- •to taste salt
