- •12 whole grapes
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •1 handful mint
- •1 whole lime juice
- •1¼ cups coconut water
- •½ whole Lebanese cucumber
- •1 tablespoon chia seeds
- •1 teaspoon aloe vera juice
Cooking Instructions

Put the green tea ice cubes, grapes, honey, mint, lime juice, coconut water and cucumber in a jug, and stir. Add the chia seeds and aloe vera and stir. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow to thicken.
