Whiskey Flip
A rich and creamy classic cocktail made with whiskey, whole egg, and superfine sugar, optionally enriched with heavy cream. This smooth drink is finished with a fragrant dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.

- •1 whole whole egg
- •1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- •2 teaspoons heavy cream
- •½ cup crushed ice
- •1 pinch nutmeg
Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a 5-ounce stemmed glass, and grate a little nutmeg on top.
