- •2 sprigs Fresh mint
- •6 ounces pineapple juice
- •2 ounces fresh mango chunks
- •1½ ounces light rum
- •1 teaspoon dark rum
Cooking Instructions

In a tall glass, combine soda and a couple of mint sprigs. Crush mint. Add juice, mango and light rum; mix. Add ice and top with dark rum. Umbrella optional!
