- •1 wedge lemon wedge
- •2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- •1½ ounce Calvados
- •½ ounce orange liqueur
- •1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- •1 piece cocktail shaker with strainer
- •2 twist lemon twist
Cooking Instructions

Run lemon wedge around rims of 2 small Martini glasses to moisten. Spread sugar on a small plate and dip rims in sugar to lightly coat.
