Tuna and Artichoke Cooler-Pressed Sandwiches

A Mediterranean-inspired sandwich featuring oil-packed tuna and marinated artichoke hearts, brightened with fresh lemon and basil. Perfect for picnics as it gets better as it's pressed in the cooler.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Italian tuna in oil
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper
  • ½ whole baguette
  • 6 leaves basil

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
