Parmesan Toasts

Crispy Italian bread toasts rubbed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with grated Parmesan cheese. A perfect appetizer or accompaniment to soups and salads.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Italian bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon fleur de sel

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bread on baking sheet. Rub bread with garlic; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle cheese over. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. Bake until edges are lightly browned, about 12 minutes.
