- •4 sprigs rosemary sprigs
- •½ cup honey
- •1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- •1 pinch each of salt and pepper

Bring honey, butter, 1 rosemary sprig, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes before serving.
