- •6 pieces water chestnuts
- •1 whole carrot
- •1 rib celery
- •½ cup diced apple
- •1 tablespoon peanut butter
- •1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- •¾ tablespoon soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- •1 tablespoon chives
- •¼ cup soy nuts
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil
