Apple-Berry Shrub
A refreshing drink combining fresh berries and apple cider vinegar into a sweet-tart concentrate that's mixed with club soda. This classic shrub drink is perfect for summer refreshment.
Ingredients

- •1½ cups apple cider vinegar
- •¼ cup sugar
- •2 cups club soda

Make the concentrate: Bring 1 pint fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries, 1 1/2 cups Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, and 1/4 cup sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat. Steep for 30 minutes for berries to release their juices. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass jar, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Cover; chill until cold. DO AHEAD: Concentrate can be made 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.
