Benedictine Sandwiches

A refreshing Kentucky-style sandwich spread made with cream cheese, cucumber, and onion. Perfect for tea sandwiches or light lunches.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 12 slices Sandwich bread

    1. Cut cucumber in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
