A luxurious homemade fruit liqueur made by infusing vodka with dried pears, apricots, and rock candy. This sweet and fruity cordial makes an excellent after-dinner drink or dessert topping.

Ingredients

  • pounds rock candy
  • pounds dried pears and apricots
  • 2 liters vodka

Cooking Instructions

    Divide rock candy among containers. Add fruit and cover with vodka. Seal containers tightly and let stand for 6 weeks, preferably in a cool, dark place. Serve as an after-dinner drink or drizzle over ice cream.
