Crab and Celery Remoulade

- •¼ cup sour cream
- •1 tablespoon capers
- •8 ounces crabmeat
- •½ cup celery
- •3 tablespoons chives
- •1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in crabmeat, celery, 3 tablespoons chopped chives, and lemon juice. Season with pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
