Crab and Celery Remoulade

A classic seafood appetizer featuring fresh crabmeat mixed with crisp celery in a creamy remoulade sauce made with mayonnaise, sour cream, and capers. Served with pita chips, this elegant dish is perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • ½ cup celery
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package pita chips

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in crabmeat, celery, 3 tablespoons chopped chives, and lemon juice. Season with pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
