Slow Cooker Bone Broth

A rich and nourishing bone broth made with beef bones, aromatic vegetables, and herbs slowly simmered in a slow cooker. Perfect as a base for soups or sipping on its own for its nutritional benefits.

Ingredients

  • 11 pounds beef bones
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 whole onions
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons peppercorns
  • 4 stems parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
