- •1 whole egg, beaten
- •¼ cup grated cheese
- •¼ tsp garlic powder
- •1 pinch Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Place the halves face up on a muffin tin so they won't tip over.
