Honey-Garlic Noodles
A savory Asian-inspired noodle dish combining the sweet and umami flavors of honey, garlic, and soy sauce with tender egg noodles. Finished with fresh herbs and a bright squeeze of lime, this dish offers a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy notes.
Ingredients

- •½ cup mirin
- •1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- •4 cloves garlic
- •2 whole bird's-eye chiles
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •12 ounces thin egg noodles
- •2 tablespoons sunflower or vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- •6 whole scallions
- •2 whole limes
- •1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- •1 handful fresh cilantro

In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Stir and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. When 1 minute of cooking time remains and the noodles are softened but firm, drain.
