Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Sriracha and Sesame

A flavorful Asian-inspired roasted cauliflower dish combining the heat of Sriracha with nutty sesame oil and soy sauce. The cauliflower florets are roasted until tender and garnished with fresh cilantro.

Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¾ tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • garnish

    Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a rimmed baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
