Marinated Mixed Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 whole shallot
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup tender herbs
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 cans mixed beans
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo-style pepper
  • 1 to taste Kosher salt

    Combine shallot and vinegar in a small bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
