Savory Shaved Cantaloupe Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ whole medium cantaloupe
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon leaves and Aleppo-style pepper
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Cooking Instructions

    Remove rind of cantaloupe in a very thin layer with a knife; remove seeds. Cut in half and very thinly slice each piece crosswise on a mandoline or by hand to make ribbons.
