- •¾ pound ground pork
- •1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •9 leaves Bibb lettuce leaves
- •1 whole carrot, shredded
- •1 whole cucumber, peeled and julienned
- •¼ cup Chopped peanuts (optional)
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •4 tablespoons lime juice
- •½ clove garlic
