Spiced Carrot Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
- •1 small onion
- •5 cups warm water
- •2 tablespoons vegetable bouillon
- •1 head cauliflower
- •3 cups carrots
- •1½ teaspoons curry powder
- •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •1 teaspoon garam masala
- •1 teaspoon salt

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook the onions for 3 minutes, or until soft.

Dissolve the vegetable bouillon in the water and add to the pot.
