Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg yolk
  • teaspoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 16 cups mâche
