Ingredients

  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red-pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 piece grill pan
