Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 piece fresh red chile
