A sophisticated tropical cocktail combining gin with exotic soursop or pineapple juice, enhanced with blue curaçao for a stunning aqua color. This elegant drink balances sweet and sour notes with a hint of bitters.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup soursop (guanabana) juice* or pineapple juice
  • 6 tablespoons gin
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Simple Syrup
  • teaspoons blue curaçao liqueur
  • 4 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 whole unsprayed purple orchids

Cooking Instructions

    Mix first 6 ingredients in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Cover and shake well. Strain into 2 Daiquiri or Martini glasses. Garnish each with orchid, if desired, and serve.
