Winter Fruit Kefir Salad

A refreshing and exotic fruit salad featuring coconut-flavored kefir, fresh winter fruits like persimmon and pomegranate, dressed with sesame oil and fresh mint. Perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and aromatic flavors.

Ingredients

  • cups coconut-flavored whole-milk kefir
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 whole lime juice
  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 cup honeydew
  • ½ cup persimmon
  • 1 medium pomegranate
  • 2 medium kiwi
  • 1 medium mango
  • cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pinch Maldon sea salt

    In a bowl, mix together the kefir, chopped mint, and lime juice. Pour the kefir mixture onto a large platter with a slight lip. In the same bowl, mix all of the fruit, 1/4 cup of the sesame oil, and any leftover kefir clinging to the bowl. Loosely arrange the fruit on top of the kefir mixture. Drizzle the fruit with the remaining 2 tablespoons sesame oil, sprinkle with the picked mint leaves, and sprinkle evenly with the salt.
