Deviled Egg Salad Spread

- •⅓ cup mayonnaise
- •2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- •2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- •¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- •¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- •¼ teaspoon paprika
- •6 whole hard-boiled eggs
- •1 tablespoon sliced chives
- •12 slices bread
- •pumpernickel or rye
- •cut into triangles
