Tomato Olive Caper Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • 1 tablespoons capers
  • ½ teaspoon salt
