Broccolini with Spicy Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

- •1 to taste Kosher salt
- •2 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds
- •½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- •1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- •2 teaspoons minced garlic
- •1 to taste black pepper
Cooking Instructions

Cook broccolini in a large pot of salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl of ice water. Drain and dry well. Halve broccolini, if desired. Place in a large bowl.
